1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Ha Giang Star Travel, including accommodation, tours, transportation, and motorbike rentals. By making a reservation, guests agree to comply with these terms.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Valid identification may be required upon arrival.

2. Reservations

Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, social media channels, or authorized partners. Reservations are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Ha Giang Star Travel.

Some services may require a deposit. Failure to complete payment or provide accurate information may result in cancellation of the reservation.

3. Payments

We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards. Any applicable processing fees will be communicated before payment.

Guests are responsible for paying all confirmed bookings and any additional services requested during their trip.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service booked. Deposits for tours, transportation, and rental services are generally non-refundable.

Booking changes should be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date whenever possible.

No-shows may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other travelers, local communities, and property.

Ha Giang Star Travel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking without refund if a guest engages in illegal activities, causes damage, creates disturbances, uses prohibited substances, or violates safety regulations.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or members of their group.

6. Accommodation & Facilities

Room, bed, vehicle, and service allocation are subject to availability. Special requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Visitors may be restricted from accessing guest accommodation areas or staying overnight without prior approval.

7. Safety & Liability

Guests participate in activities and use rental equipment at their own risk. While we prioritize safety and service quality, Ha Giang Star Travel is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, travel delays, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

Personal information provided during booking is used solely for reservation management, customer support, legal compliance, and service delivery.

9. Changes to Terms

Ha Giang Star Travel may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
